The general meeting of members is the highest authority of the Forum, and shall be convened occasionally. The general meeting of members shall be entitled to:

1. elect the members of Board of Directors;

2. approve the work reports and budget plans submitted by the Secretary General and reviewed by the Board of Directors;

3. review and adopt the Articles of Association of the Forum and amendments to the Articles of Association of the Forum;

4. discuss other items on the general meeting agenda; and

5. discuss other written proposals submitted by members.
