SPECIAL COMMITTEES

The Special Committees of the Forum include:

1. Legal and Regulatory Committee, which will study legal issues relating to securitization and contact and cooperate with government regulatory authorities, legislative authorities and other policy-makers;

2. Rating Committee, which will study rating systems for asset securitization of China, rating standards, and other issues related to the rating of asset securitization;

3. Accounting and Taxation Committee, which will study the standards for accounting and the disclosure of financial information for China’s asset securitization industry, and also study taxation issues that might affect China’s asset securitization market;

4. Investor Committee, which will study issues related to investors, including the offering of objective and pertinent market analysis and advice regarding securitization;

5. Membership Committee, which will be responsible for formulating membership requirements, controlling the number of members, recruiting new members encouraging continued participation by members, and other related issues;

6. Communicative and Training Committee, which will manage information exchange, education and training internal and external to the Forum;

7. Servicing and Transaction Administration Committee, which will research asset servicing and the administration of asset securitization transactions in China; and

8. Treasury Committee, which will undertake the Forum’s fundraising, formulation of regulations for the Forum’s fund usage, the supervision of the Forum’s financial affairs, and other related issues.

Special Committees shall convene meetings occasionally as required by the Forum. Special Committees shall write and renew consultation documents and proposals for the consideration and guidance of China’s asset securitization industry, regulatory authorities and legislative authorities.
