Chapter I: Overview
Article 1: Name
The Chinese name of the Association is “中国资产证券化论坛.” Its English name is “China Securitization Forum” (hereafter “the Forum”), abbreviated as CSF.
Article 2: Forum Website
The Forum website is www.chinasecuritization.org.
Article 3: Nature
The Forum is non-governmental, non-profit and fixed-venue.
Article 4: Standpoint
In order to promote the healthy development of China’s asset securitization market, encourage innovation and enhance efficiency, the Forum shall maintain a neutral standpoint with respect to the information, viewpoints and achievements shared and exchanged by members.
