Chapter I: Overview

Article 1: These Regulations for the Management of the China Securitization Forum Website (hereafter “Regulations”) are formulated in order to manage the China Securitization Forum (hereafter the “Forum”) website and regulate the website’s security and smooth transmission of information in compliance with the government’s Internet management regulations.

Article 2: The Forum website is www.chinasecuritization.org

Chapter II: Management Responsibilities and Division of Labor

Article 3: The Forum Secretariat shall organize the planning, construction, management and day-to-day maintenance of the website.

Article 4: Zhong Lun Law Firm employees shall compose, edit, translate and provide the technical support for the Forum website.

Article 5: The webmaster shall manage the day-to-day security and updating of the website and shall revise the website’s content with regard to the Forum, Forum member materials (including information uploaded through the Forum website’s BBS) and major developments and news in the securitization industry.

Article 6: Technical support shall develop, secure and manage the website; monitor the website’s traffic; use measures to defend and preserve the security of the website and protect the website from malicious activity; and backup the website’s content regularly.

Article 7: The website translator shall edit and revise the website’s English and Chinese content and promptly translate materials at the request of Forum staff.

Chapter III: The Gathering of Website Information

Article 8: In order to ensure the prompt update of the website’s content, the Forum Secretariat shall actively collect material relevant to the asset securitization industry. In addition, the Forum Special Committee, Forum Board of Directors, Forum members and other associated individuals and institutions shall proactively provide additional relevant information for the Forum website. The party providing information must ensure the legality and accuracy of the information.

Article 9: The webmaster shall locate, compile and edit information uploaded via the Forum website’s BBS by Forum members and information suggested by the Forum Special Committee, Forum Board of Directors, Forum members and other associated persons. After obtaining the approval of the Forum Secretariat or another party appointed by the Forum, the webmaster shall add the information to the relevant section of the Forum website for the use of members.

Chapter IV: Establishment of the BBS Special Area

Article 10: The Forum Board of Directors shall have the power to establish the BBS special discussion area on the Forum website at any time and also to determine who may participate in the discussion.

Chapter V: Regulations Concerning Members’ Use of the Website

Article 11: Forum members must use their real name and the registration password provided by the Forum in order to register on the website. The registration password is for the exclusive use of the member and must not be distributed to other parties.

Article 12: Information Regarding Members’ Use of the Website

1. Members may download materials from the public area of the Forum website before registration and may download materials from the members’ area of the Forum website after registration.
2. Members may upload materials and participate in discussions via BBS in the members’ area of the Forum website after registration.

Article 13: Regulations Regarding the Uploading of Materials by Members
