Management of the Disclosure of Information on the CSF Website

Chapter I: Overview

Article 1: These Regulations for the Management of the Disclosure of Information on the China Securitization Forum Website (hereafter “Regulations) are formulated in order to manage the disclosure of information on the China Securitization Forum (hereafter the “Forum”) website and maintain the Forum’s regular functioning in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Forum.

Article 2: The information disclosed on the Forum website must adhere to the principles of objectivity, quality, and timeliness.

Article 3: The Forum Board of Directors (hereafter the “Board”) shall supervise and regulate information disclosure on the Forum website, and the Forum Secretariat shall manage information disclosure on the Forum website.

Chapter II: The Scope and Content of Information Disclosure

Article 4: The Forum may use the website to disclose the following kinds of information to non-members of the Forum:

1. information regarding the organization and departments of the Forum, including but not limited to objectives, responsibilities and duties, organizational structure, list of Founding Members and list of Forum personnel (including the Directors of the Board of Directors, Director General of the Board of Directors, Deputy Director General of the Board of Directors, Advisors, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, Special Committee and Special Task Force Workgroups);
2. Forum developments, including but not limited to Forum meetings, events, publications and notices concerning the commendation of Forum members;
3. industry news, including but not limited to the policies, information, news and important event relevant to the entire securitization industry;
4. legal and regulatory information, including but not limited to laws, regulations, rules and announcements relevant to the securitization industry; and
5. other materials not prohibited by law.
