Lesi Zuo (Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited).
List of Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General:

Liu Borong (Zhong Lun Law Firm) was elected as the Secretary General and Li Feng (CITIC Trust & Investment Co., Ltd.) was elected as the Deputy Secretary General by the first meeting of the Board of Directors.

Advisory Board Member List:

The Forum has invited some personnel from the regulatory and legislative authorities and other experts and scholars to serve as advisors to the Forum and constitute the Advisory Board. These advisors will serve in their professional capacity alone and will not represent their respective institutions.
