The objectives of CSF are:

1. to create a platform for regulatory authorities, professional institutions and investors to exchange ideas about issues relevant to the asset securitization industry;

2. to assist relevant authorities in implementing various theoretical concepts as operable measures during the legislative process in order to enhance the development of the domestic asset securitization industry; and

3. to promote communication, coordination and corporation between professional institutions and investors in China and facilitate relationships between domestic and international markets.
